Alison has worked in social housing for 20+ years. She joined Plus Dane in 2020 and her responsibilities include Governance and Assurance, Risk Management, Data Protection and Performance.
Amy heads up the People Team. Having started out as an Equalities Officer in social housing, Amy then grew her HR career outside the sector before returning when she joined Plus Dane in 2019. Amy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and continues her commitment to EDI in her role, leading on our colleague activity as part of her responsibility for the wider People Strategy.
Claire is responsible for a number of departments including Development, Finance, Governance & Assurance, Performance, ICT, Programmes and Procurement. As Deputy Chief Executive, Claire has responsibility for Plus Dane's compliance with all aspects of regulation, including the Consumer Standards. Claire is an experienced non-executive in the charities sector. She has worked in social housing for over 20 years, starting her career on reception at a local housing office. She has achieved Chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Housing, is a qualified company secretary and most recently completed her coaching qualification.
Danielle leads the Communications team, and is responsible for developing our corporate, internal communications and strategic stakeholder engagement strategies. She has worked in communications & marketing across different sectors both private and public for over 25 years and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Danielle is also a qualified executive coach through ILM.
Howard has worked in Housing for over 36 years and is responsible for Supported Services, Community Safety, Older Persons Supported Services and Housing.
Ian is responsible for Business Intelligence, IT, and Programmes, collectively known as the Digital and Innovation team.
He has worked in the housing sector for over 15 years, working across functions such as Repairs, Asset Management, IT, Business Intelligence, Procurement, Performance Improvement and Project Management throughout his career.
Beyond the housing sector, he has worked in construction, hospitality, and entertainment.
Working alongside colleagues at Plus Dane Housing, Ian and his team, look to transform ideas into positive impacts for colleagues and customers.
Ian joined Plus Dane in 2007 as Head of Customer Services and over the years has held a number of roles including Executive Director of Corporate Resources before becoming Chief Executive in January 2021. Prior to joining Plus Dane, Ian held a number of senior management positions in customer contact, retail and financial services.
Ian’s priority is to make sure Plus Dane is financially robust and best placed now and in the future to provide the best service possible to our customers. Ian has an MSc in Strategic Planning and is a qualified Executive Coach and encourages coaching as a cultural mindset. He is passionate about leading people, teams and partnerships to deliver better outcomes for customers and communities.
Jess joined in April 2023, and her role involves leading the finance team and working directly with the Executive Management Team to provide assurance and advice.
Lisa joined Plus Dane in October 2023 and her role involves keeping our homes warm, safe and well maintained, and spans repairs, assets and building compliance. As Director of Homes, Lisa is responsible for Building Safety (Appointed Person).
Having joined Plus Dane in September 2023, Natalie leads the Customer Experience teams, including Income and Welfare, Lettings and Customer Access Teams.
Siobhan is an experienced director of development with over 30 years housing experience, and manages the Development and HomesHub teams.
