With more than 17 years' experience in housing, performance improvement and strategic development, Mark is currently Managing Director for Calico Homes, a Burnley Based Housing Association with over 5000 properties in Lancashire.
With previous roles at One Manchester as Head of Customers and Interim Director of Communities, Mark's commitment to improving the lives of customers includes, developing new integrated approaches to health, support and services for older people in the community, working alongside the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust and other housing providers.
Mark was actively involved in a Greater Manchester-wide project that successfully rehoused and supported 316 rough sleepers over 3 years.
