Plus Dane and Local Authorities are working with schools, childcare and holiday club providers and community organisations to provide free, fun activities as part of the Government’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF). You can find out more about the programme here.
This holiday scheme provides fun activities and nutritious meals for primary and secondary school-aged children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals.
Children and young people will be able to access free activity sessions during the Easter school holidays, including specific provisions available for children with SEND or additional needs. The sessions will include a variety of fun activities, including sports, arts and crafts, baking, games, trips out and other exciting opportunities to learn and develop skills, alongside a nutritious meal each day.

Provision is aimed at children and young people in receipt of benefits–related free school meals and each provider will have free places available subject to availability/demand.
