From 1 February 2024 it will be a criminal offence to own an XL Bully in England and Wales unless the dog has a Certificate of Exemption.

If you’re a Plus Dane customer, your tenancy agreement may state that we do not allow the keeping of a dangerous dog in our homes and because of this we do expect you to comply with all legal requirements.
Failure to comply with legal requirements would constitute a breach of tenancy and could result in you losing your home.
Anyone that has concerns about a dangerous, out of control or banned dog should call the police on 101.
