We are looking for Plus Dane customers to get involved and join our new Customer Assurance Panel.
The panel will review our services and give customers a voice in making a real difference in the way we do things, and we want people from all backgrounds and from across Merseyside and Cheshire to apply.
The Customer Assurance Panel will replace our existing scrutiny panel, a group that has worked together with us over the past six years to improve the services we provide to customers.
Areas of the business they have helped us make improvements include the sign-up process for new customers, how we deal with repairs, and complaints.
Emma Sneyd, our Head of engagement and partnerships, says: “We are really keen for customers to get involved with this exciting new panel. Not only is this a great way to make your voice heard, but the support is there to help you develop new skills, meet new people and be part of something that really does make a difference.”
Mark Sumner, who is currently chair of the scrutiny panel and will remain involved in the new Customer Assurance Panel, said: “I joined the panel because I wanted more insight into Plus Dane, and I wanted to know that as a customer, I was actually listened to with my concerns.”

The video below features Mark, Shaf and Peter from our existing panel, talking about what it means to them and why it is so important for customers from all walks of life to get involved.
