
Plus Dane’s Welfare Team is here to make it easier for customers to understand and access financial help that could be available to them. We know benefits can feel complicated, so we offer clear advice and practical support and help customers get what they're entitled to.
One new way the Welfare Team is reaching out to customers is with face-to-face drop-in sessions across our communities. The first of these monthly sessions will take place at the FireFit Hub in Toxteth, with the next events on Thursday, March 19, April 23, May 5 and June 18, all from 1pm to 3pm.
In Congleton, the team will be at the Health and Wellbeing Fair at Congleton Town Hall on Tuesday, March 17 from 10am to 2pm.
So, if you are a Plus Dane customer with a question or a worry about money, you don’t need an appointment to speak with one of our friendly expert team and get the right advice.
The team can help you with benefit checks and applications, support with existing claims, and put you in touch other helpful services and wellbeing support.
