We have teamed up with software provider Totalmobile to upgrade and streamline the technology linking up our repairs services.
Totalmobile’s workforce management solution Connect will be put in place to streamline operations, enhance customer communication, and empower colleagues.
The upgrade replaces a number of outdated systems with one single, user-friendly platform to deliver faster, more reliable services for customers and create efficiencies across the organisation.
Currently, processing a single repair request can require up to five separate systems. Over the next 18 months, our Homes Project will phase these improvements in areas such as repairs, compliance, planned works, and environmental services.

The project builds on Plus Dane’s existing use of Totalmobile’s Protect solution, which safeguards lone workers in the field. Together, these tools represent a holistic approach to improving customer experiences while ensuring staff safety and efficiency.
