The new Help to Buy agent network replaces the seven agents that were previously in operation across the country. The agents will assist customers enquiring and applying for affordable housing or an equity loan. They will operate in geographical areas:
Will German, Director of Help to Buy at Homes England, said: “Our Help to Buy agents play a key role in our customers’ journey to home ownership. We look forward to working with our new agents BPHA, Plus Dane and Radian over the coming months and hope new Help to Buy customers will enjoy a very pleasant on-boarding experience with them.”
Plus Dane was previously the Help to Buy agent for the North West. Following a rigorous procurement process, the new structure has been designed to simplify how homebuyers can get access to affordable housing and Help to Buy products.
Ali Gittins, head of sales and commercial property at Plus Dane, said: “We are delighted to have been named Help to Buy agent for the North and to continue and expand our successful partnership with Homes England.”
