Plus Dane Housing has published its latest annual report.
The report, covering the financial year 2023/24, is now available to view on the housing association’s website.
The report details the state of Plus Dane’s finances over the year, investments it has made in new and existing homes, and services it provides for customers, including scheduled and emergency repairs, wellbeing and support with antisocial behaviour.
One new addition to the annual report is a breakdown of the first full year of results from the Regulator for Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
In 2023/24 Plus Dane:
Chief executive Ian Reed said: “This year has been a year of some change as we strive to improve the services we provide and the way in which we deliver, and invest more in our homes. I am positive about the changes we are making and can already see small improvements which I expect will show some positive change in our performance from next year.”
