Councils across the North West have been allocated funding by the Department of Education to provide holiday activities and healthy food for children.
The aim of the programme is to make free places available to children eligible for free school meals for the equivalent of at least four hours a day, four days a week and for six weeks a year!

Instructions for booking:
- Parents/guardians/carers will just need to choose an activity, and then contact that organisation to book a place. If the child has any additional needs or dietary requirements then they can discuss this with the organisation when they book.
- Each organisation will have either a telephone number, email address or online booking system. There is no central booking system so they will need to contact the providers directly.
- Around 100 programmes have been funded across the city and many of them are taking part in Liverpool’s growing project which will provide organisations with the tools to develop or enhance a community growing project in order to teach the young people about growing their own fruit and veg.
- If you would like to visit one of the Summer providers then please contact them directly to make the arrangements.
