Tommy McIlravey

Tommy works as Chief Executive Officer for Lancashire Mind, an independent charity aligned with the national Mind Federation. Lancashire Mind are passionate about making a difference to the mental health of people living and working in Lancashire. 

Prior to this he was CEO of Sahir House, a Liverpool based charity working in the field of HIV and sexual health across Merseyside and North Cheshire.

He has 20 years’ experience at board level of a number of other charities and public bodies. This has included serving as Trustee for: the Royal College of Pathologists, for The People’s Health Trust and for Liverpool Pride (where he also served as Chair). He is an experienced trainer and third sector management consultant; advising organisations around diverse issues, such as: strategy, governance, marketing and fundraising. Tommy was also a social housing tenant in Liverpool for over a decade.
