A broadcaster at the BBC and ITV Granada, Vicky created public and private sector collaborations to fund TV-led campaigns. Heading up the internal communications and staff engagement for the BBCs move to MediaCity she was tasked with building a new culture for the BBC in the north. Recently, Vicky delivered a series of transformation projects for the Co-op including a staff experience for 55,000 colleagues - ‘Back to Being Co-op’.
