COMING SOON - shared ownership homes in Prescot.
The Carr Lane development in Prescot will see the re-development of a brownfield site, enabling a key sustainable urban extension and contributing towards Knowsley Council's Local Plan target of delivering more than 8,000 homes by 2028.
The site was formerly a United Utilities treatment works, but now primarily consists of scrub and vegetation. The new development will see a mix of housing types being built, including 4 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bed homes, 67 three-bed homes and 3 four-bed homes.
