About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Plasterer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality repairs and planned works across our properties. You’ll be responsible for: • Carrying out plastering to walls, ceilings, coving, and damp-related works using a variety of finishes. • Supporting other trades, handling materials, and working on both occupied and empty properties. • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely, and in line with health and safety regulations. • Maintaining accurate records using our digital systems and keeping your van stock and tools in top condition. You’ll work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism. What You’ll Bring • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification. • Experience in responsive and void maintenance and planned building maintenance. • Strong understanding of health and safety, IT systems, and customer service. • Full UK driving licence. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills. • Experience working in social housing or similar environments is beneficial.
