Here at Plus Dane we understand the importance of work life balance. We are proud to offer a fantastic annual leave package starting at 35 days for full time colleagues, plus bank holidays! (Just to note, three of these days are used for our Christmas shutdown).

There are lots of opportunities to have your voice heard at Plus Dane, including Trade Union recognition, our colleague survey, shaping our different services, interactive group sessions and our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Colleague Network, 'Plus Together'.
The Catherine Meredith Bursary is an annual award up to the value of £5,000, to support an idea for improving how we do things. The bursary is part of our commitment to the value of learn and grow.
Successful applicants in previous years have used their bursary award to support their professional and personal development.
As the woman who set up one of the founding organisations of Plus Dane, Catherine Meredith built a movement that gave local people the ability to fundamentally take charge of their own lives and achieve their aspirations. This is a mission that Plus Dane carries forward into its ethos to this day.
