Springboard provides specialised one-on-one support to help our customers reach their full potential through nationally recognised qualifications and sustainable careers. This includes careers advice, confidence building, skills audits, one-on-one mentoring, CV support, interview practice, job search assistance, help with application forms, specialist qualifications, and in-work support. Additionally, our customers can benefit from a variety of extra training opportunities, including digital skills, functional skills (Maths & English), construction skills, emergency first aid, and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Halton People into Jobs, which offers a variety of services to help address barriers to employment. These include debt and money advice, health improvement, training, and essential life skills. Advisors and key workers are also available to assist customers in accessing support through specialist programmes such as The Restart Scheme, the Work and Health Programme, Ways to Work, and the Halton Supported Internship Programme.
We also collaborate closely with our partners at the Chester and Ellesmere Port Work Zones, where customers can benefit from a variety of support services. These include job search assistance, interview practice, careers advice, IT qualifications, CSCS construction training, confidence and wellbeing programmess, as well as employability courses and workshops.
