If you're finding it difficult to get around your home, help is at hand.

We can help you to;

  • Reorganise your home to try and make it easier to manage
  • Apply for a new home that better meets your needs
  • Apply for adaptations to make your home more accessible
  • Request daily living aids to help you manage day to day tasks

Minor adaptations are works of a non-urgent kind and usually involve small jobs that can be programmed into our repairs schedule. This includes things such as:

  • Grab rails (internal or external)
  • Lever Taps
  • Half Height Steps
  • Additional Stair Rails

We aim to complete all minor adaptations within 28 working days. 

Major adaptations are larger scale changes to your home that require a referral from an Occupational Therapist. These include: 

  • Level Access Showers
  • Over Bath Showers
  • Stair Lifts
  • Wash/Dry Toilets
  • Adapted Kitchens
  • Through Floor Lifts
  • Hoists
