Our repairs service is one of the most valued services we provide to our customers, and we want to continue to make sure it meets your needs and offers value for money.
If you rent a home from us, Plus Dane is responsible for maintaining the structure of your home as well as the fixtures and fittings that we have supplied and fitted. We are also responsible for communal areas.
As a customer, you are responsible for the maintenance of any of the fixtures and fittings within your home that you have installed.
We have compiled a list of who has responsibility for different types of repairs related to your home which you can view below. This list may not be exhaustive, but it covers most eventualities and will give you a clear idea of who is responsible for what.
