We have published our annual report for 2025/26.
The annual report is a requirement published to give customers and stakeholders a clear picture of Plus Dane’s performance, finances, service delivery and achievements over the previous year, while demonstrating accountability and transparency.
The 2025/26 report covers our 50th anniversary year, and includes outcomes from our Golden Community Impact Fund, that offered grants of up to £1000 to community groups to improve their neighbourhoods.
Chief executive Ian Reed said: “I am pleased to report that we have improved in a number of areas, and in particular, in our customer satisfaction performance.
“Over the past three years, we have reviewed how we deliver services and listened to what matters most to customers. It is reassuring to see these changes improving the customer experience.”
Highlights from the annual report include:
• All 12 perception-based tenant satisfaction measures as set by the Regulator of Social Housing have increased since last year, with overall satisfaction rising by 6% and satisfaction with repairs by 7.1%.
• In 2025/26, we helped more than 1,400 customers with welfare and financial support, securing over £2 million in additional income, and supported 1,800 customers through our annual winter campaign.
• Plus Dane invested £27.2 million in improving the quality and safety of our existing homes, continuing work to make them warmer and more energy efficient.

We are now beginning work on our new three-year corporate plan, setting out what we will deliver from 2027 to 2030. More than 2,000 customers, stakeholders and partners have already shared their priorities, and we will use this feedback to shape the future direction of Plus Dane.
