On 28 and 29 May, we will be starting the process of moving onto a new repairs system ready to launch it on Monday 1 June.
We are therefore asking customers with any non-urgent repairs, to hold off reporting them on those two days and instead, contact us the week of 1 June to report them.
We need some time to transfer any repairs jobs that are currently in the system onto the new system and for that, we need to close it down to any new jobs.
We have created an infographic (click on the image below) which explains what improvements you (as a customer) can expect once we start using the new system.
If you have an emergency repair on 28 or 29 May, please report it as normal and we will respond as normal.
