About the role

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join the Voids team, helping to turn around empty properties quickly and to a high standard. You may also occasionally support responsive repairs in occupied homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Fit kitchens, internal doors, skirting boards and ironmongery.
  • Carry out basic plumbing, tiling, plaster repairs and minor decorating.
  • Assess property condition and identify repair requirements.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of completed work and materials used.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain tools, stock and company vehicle.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in social housing, voids or residential property maintenance.
  • Skills in secondary trades such as plumbing, plastering and tiling.
  • CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness training are desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: £16.00 per hour
Location: Liverpool

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to deliver high-quality plastering and property maintenance services across occupied homes and residential properties throughout Liverpool.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out plastering, skimming, rendering, drylining and patch repairs.
  • Complete basic joinery, plumbing, tiling and decorating work.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Identify and report property defects and repair requirements.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of completed works.
  • Follow all health and safety requirements.
  • Keep tools and company vehicle clean and well maintained.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in property maintenance, residential repairs or social housing.
  • Strong plastering skills and experience in secondary trades.
  • CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness training are desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 per year
Location: Liverpool

About the role

The Painter & Decorator will carry out high-quality decorating work in occupied and empty properties, ensuring homes are finished to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out painting, decorating, wallpapering and surface preparation work.
  • Deliver high-quality finishes in line with quality and safety standards.
  • Record completed work, materials used and time taken.
  • Communicate professionally with residents and respect their homes.
  • Work safely and efficiently to agreed timescales.
  • Identify and report additional repairs or safety concerns.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing or residential repairs.
  • Excellent preparation and finishing skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Full UK driving licence.
