We are looking for an asset management specialist to join Board as a Non-Executive Director. The successful applicant will also serve as a member of our Purpose Committee.
As we continue to deliver our ambitious 2024-27 Corporate Plan, we are interested in hearing from individuals with expertise in strategic asset management gained in social housing or other sectors with large, complex property portfolios. Additional knowledge of repairs and maintenance, voids management, or sustainability would be welcomed.
The successful applicant's additional role on the Purpose Committee helps to make sure we continue to provide high-quality homes and services with customers’ wellbeing at the heart of decision-making.
