United Living New Homes, a subsidiary of United Living Group, is delivering a £22m development on the former Johnson's Cleaners headquarters site in Bootle. The development will provide 104 new homes in total, creating a new residential community in the area.
A limited number of homes will be available through the Rent to Buy scheme, offering eligible customers the opportunity to rent before taking steps towards home ownership.
